Ecuadorian Food

One of Jacob's mission companions lives in Gilbert (actually in our old ward) his name is Charles. Charles is a really good cook so he offered to make a wonderful Ecuadorian mean for every one Sunday. So Charles and his wife came over and make us a wonderful meal. We had beans, rice, patacones, ensalada, and carne meat...so yummy. Everyone loved it. I think Aly loved it the most, but Liam ate a lot. So I called him my little Ecuadorian baby!
