Gunner's Birthday

Eli's best friend is Merrick. Merrick's big brother Gunner and a birthday party and invited Eli. This party was awesome. The kids when swimming in this really cool pool, they had snow cones, sip lines, a trampoline, a pinata and a cool dinosaur cake. Eli had a blast and has started counting down the days to his own birthday party!

Home again

We got home from Hawaii and out kids were already asleep so we had to wait until the next morning to see them. We missed them so much as we were landing I was kind of aching for my children. When we walked in the house we decided to just peek at out little ones as they slept in their bed. Oh they are so cute!
The next morning they both really slept in which was crazy but we just wanted to see our babies. Eli woke up first and just walked in our room to get his underwear. When he saw me he just froze and stared for a while it was like is this real or am I dreaming? It was so cute once he realized it was real he ran over and gave me the biggest hug and kiss. Liam woke up later and when he saw him he was grinning from ear to ear, and didn't stop smiling like the for hours. You could really tell they were both happy to see us.
We also bought the boys some things in Hawaii so we let them open them up and play with them.They both really liked their stuff, but were truly just happy to have us back!

Hawaii with the Ash's & 5 Years being an Ash

Jacob's family is scattered all over the US. So we don't get together too often. Linda figured out that there was a space in June where everyone could go on a vacation so Linda and Cecil planned a wonderful family vacation in HAWAII minus the children. (which equals and true vacation!) We had such a fun relaxing time. We got to talk, hang out, read books, eat lots of yummy food, we shark diving, sky diving, boogie boarding, cliff jumping, and much much more. It was a wonderful trip and we had so much fun.

Also while we were in Hawaii our 5 year anniversary came up. It was so much fun because Jacob and I were able to be in Hawaii for this. We went to the temple and did sealings and then we just hung out at the places we went while we were on our honeymoon. It was so much fun!

Sky diving

I jumped out of a perfectly good plane just because I wanted too and I lived to tell about it! I figured this was a pretty big deal and so it deserved it's own post. I have been wanting to sky dive forever! I have never had anyone to go with so I just never got around to it. Then I had two kids and I thought now I will never do it. While we were in Hawaii some people threw out the idea of going and I thought it is now or never...so I went.

I was not scared at all, and I loved looking at the views. It was crazy as we were climbing up they kept opening the door and that was weird to have happen and then think in a few seconds I am going to be going out the door. I asked the guy if we could spin as we jumped out so we did a few flips out the door and then free feel some. Once we got out of the clouds and I could see the ground is when he pulled the cord for the parachute. The guy taking pictures kept falling as I was jerked up. That part by far was my favorite part. The whole way down I really felt like I had to focus to get a breath, but it was easy to breath. Overall it was a really good exsperience and I really happy I did it. However it wasn't what I thought it would be, and I don't think I would go again. It didn't give me that feeling in my stomach that I love so that is the main reason I was disappointed. I honestly didn't like how everyone was looking at me and I was forced to show my emotions or whatever. I think if I just got to enjoy it I would like it better. Anyway it was awesome I am glad I did it
