Makutu's Island

The adults have been getting out and having a lot of fun so we figured it was the kids turn to party it up and have a good time. I thought that Makutu's island would be a blast for the kids. I was right!! All the kids just loved running around jumping sliding climbing and had a wonderful time. Eli was an adventure baby and even loved the Banana slide (which is super fast) he would go down it and scream weeeee on the way down. There was one accident that was one of the scariest moments of my life. Eliza was talking to me then she took at step back into a hole and fell about 4 or 5 feet down. She was really scared more then anything and was OK, but it was so sad and scary! Other then that Makutu's was a hit, and I think even Eliza would go back.

Christmas

Christmas this year was a lot of fun. We spent most of our time with the Ash family since this year EVERYONE was here. It was so great seeing all the kids play together and all the family sit around and talk. Christmas Eve started out great ate Linda's homemade pizza and also went a saw the temple lights. Eli actually looked at them this year and keep talking his little yoddle language. Then went with my family to drop off the presents we bought for a family in need, only to realize they were not home so we had to pick up all the presents again!! Christmas morning we went back and tried again, but the family was still gone...I guess they went out of town for Christmas! Anyway we opened up some presents at my parents house Eli had a lot of fun. He loved spinning the wheels on Ethan's new bike. He also started to get the hang of ripping open the presents. All of the kids seems to like what we got them (Aly a necklace, and the boys guns). Then it was off to the Ash's for Breakfast which was honestly the best biscuits and gravy ever! I never really like them, but this time they really hit the spot. After eating we opened presents. This was funny at the Ash house because the kids are all closer in age so they were fighting over presents after they were opened. Eli seemed to like everything he got however I have decided that I should have gone much cheaper since he seemed to like his stocking stuffer toy the best!!

Holiday Fun

My bestest of friends from High School Nina is in town for Christmas. So we made plans for everyone to get together. The day started off with some good old volleyball at Gilbert, and then lunch at Oregano's. It was like old times with Nina again. She is such a fun, pretty girl, and can light up the room. I was not very good about taking pictures because I was to busy catching up on things like all the new babies born, where everyone is living, traveling, and much much more. I at least remembered to get these two pictures!

p.s Nina is Miss New York and will be in the the Miss USA pageant in April I am so excited because I am going!! I will be like 30 something weeks pregnant, but I will be there with a big sign that says AZ loves Miss New York it is going to be great!!

Eli's Christmas Outfit

When I was little I would always get a new dress for Christmas and for Easter. I figured little boys deserve the same. Here is my little guy all dressed on Christmas Sunday.

Doug & Tammi's Wedding

Today our family went to a wedding. This wedding was very unique in the fact that is was the wedding of my Uncle Doug (mom's brother) to my Aunt Tammi (dad's sister). This was more like one giant family reunion for me, and it was so much fun. I kept joking that my family knew more people there then the bride or groom. Anyway the wedding was wonderful We enjoyed dinner and then everyone danced for a little bit. I would say the wedding went very well and we had a wonderful time.
